Amen! A!

One of my dearest friends blogged about her everyday life with her #1 son, N. I too concur with her feelings about being on a schedule and pattern since having two children! Now, most of you who know me, know I am not organized and recently unknown to most of you it has been quite a surrendering and struggle to suck it up and follow one to make my life more manageable! God has been working on me and causing me to realize that I just have to do it, put on my "big girl panties" as one friend put it and do what I've been created to do, take care of my house and love my children, teaching them about God and training them in the "way they should go". This is my first week submitting to my schedule and following my "husbands" rule over my family, helping me to become more like Christ in my walk in this area! Most of the week has been successful, yet today has been the hardest being Saturday, a day I often like being more leisurely with my chores and household activity! God is faithful, and I know He is loving me into more of a submissive style of living. I am prone to be opinionated about how I should live my life and do not like others telling me how to do it! So, it is understatement to say I struggle with the whole submissive thing! LOL! Please pray for me. I covet your prayers. Stand in the gap for me and be faithful to pray that God changes me to better look like His Son, Christ. I need it, we all need it. No one is perfect, no not anyone but God alone! To Him be the glory forever, amen!

Thank you for this post, Alli. You are a brave woman to own up to this struggle. I love strong women!
I will pray for you in this -- and for myself while I'm at it.

Hey Alli! I just now saw this post. You are such an honest person; it humbles me. I will be praying for your schedule. You can be praying for my attitude because I often feel like it's somehow "unfair" that I lead such a routine life these days...I am thankful that God is Able to change us!
